Mexicoco is an exciting organisation that aims to bring a little touch of the exclusive world of the chocolatier to you. Named after Mexico, the birthplace of chocolate, Mexicoco can take you on a journey bringing alive the flavours, smells and textures of chocolate. You may never look at a humble bar of chocolate in the same way again!
About Lisa Kember – Chocolatier
I have been interested in chocolate for as long as I can remember. I love the flavour and the texture and I always had great respect for the people who took the raw ingredient and turned it in to something so amazing, like a meltingly soft truffle or a deep, dark chocolate mousse. I decided to learn about chocolate making in 2005 and in 2006 I set up my own business selling my own handmade organic, luxury chocolates on the internet. The customer feedback was amazingly positive and it grew into a successful, small business. However, since the birth of my daughter in 2008 I have decided to combine my love and knowledge of chocolate with my original career in training and development to run these fantastic workshops and demonstrations.
