Chocolate Making Workshop
Are you as crazy for chocolate as we are?
Making your own chocolates is great fun, will save you lots of money and you can let your imagination run wild with all sorts of exotic and experimental flavours.
Our professional chocolatier will take you through all the secret ways to make the best chocolates that will wow your friends and family.
- How to make beautiful ganache (the base for truffles)
- How to temper chocolate and use chocolate moulds
- How to present and decorate your chocolate creations
- How to increase the shelf life of products
You will also receive recipes to take home and you will get to take away everything you make on the day.
Prices are from just £25 per person – a bargain for a different and fun day out!
WORKSHOP DATES…
Saturday 28th May – Suitable for ages 15+
Saturday 23rd July – Suitable for ages 15+
Saturday 27th August – Suitable for ages 7+ (under 16s must be accompanied by an adult)
All workshops will be held in Gillespie Church, Chapel Street, Dunfermline.
